Frederick Ndabaramiye’s Message of Faith, Hope and Forgiveness

May 7, 2024 | Events, Faith in Action, Social Justice & Peace, Spiritual Life

A member of our ACTS Ministry, Frederick Ndabaramiye is a Rwandan artist, speaker, and author. A survivor of the 1994 Rwandan genocide, Frederick lost his hands 3 years later in an unprovoked machete attack, as a result of post-genocide violence.

He had to re-learn the most basic life skills. His faith, resilience, and capacity for forgiveness are truly inspiring!

Come and hear Frederick speak in-person of faith, hope, and forgiveness on Sunday afternoon, June 9, at 2 pm at St Pius X Church.

Further discussion and a reception will follow in the Parish Hall, where some of Frederick’s artwork will be displayed. Please contact the parish office if you have any questions.

Since Frederick will be delivering his remarks from St. Pius X, this will be live-streamed via our website. If you are unable to attend in-person, you will be able to hear Frederick’s story in that way.
