Home Visitors

Home visitors bring Holy Communion to parishioners who are not able to attend Mass in person, due to injury, illness, or mobility concerns.  They bring the prayers and support of the parish community as they visit and pray together.  If you would like to have a member of this ministry visit you with Holy Communion, please let us know.
