Prayer for Vocations to the Society of Jesus

Please join members of the Jesuit Community and Jesuits from throughout the United States in praying for vocations on Sunday, November 6th, following the 5 pm Mass, until 6:30pm at St. Joseph Church.

At the invitation of the United States East Province of the Society of Jesus, we will spend 30 minutes in Eucharistic Adoration in honor of the Feast of All Saints and Blesseds of the Society of Jesus and National Jesuit Vocation Awareness Day. The vocations team has asked for this form of prayer because “the Eucharist is at the heart of how we pray communally as Catholics and as Jesuits.” The team has also noted that many of the young men expressing interest in the Jesuits today find this practice meaningful and regularly engage in adoration. We hope and pray that God will continue to call young men to the Society of Jesus and that many will respond to this call.
