Navigating Grief

“Why does it hurt so much?”  This question was the most common question I was asked as a hospital chaplain.
Grief is a normal human process that allows us to reintegrate our lives after a significant loss.  There are many roads through grief with some common markers of progress.

This evening will explore the experience of grief and allow for sharing of different experiences of navigating this journey.
