Grounded in Solidarity – An evening of reflection and celebration with the Ignatian Family of Maine

Please join us for this evening of celebration and reflection of Christian witness – the North American martyrs of the 1600s and Christian witness in the world today.  Ahead of the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice later this month, we have the opportunity to come together in reflection and preparation.

Sr. Norma Pimental, MJ, is one of the keynote speakers at this year’s Ignatian Family Teach In For Justice – the theme of which is Boundless and Beloved. Sr Pimental has worked with
refugees at the Southern US border and was instrumental in setting up humanitarian respite centers in McAllen Texas. We will listen to a brief talk given by Sr. Pimental about her
experiences on the border; spend time in silent prayer, and share in small groups about how the talk has moved us.
