Finding God in the Gardens

Your heart and spirit are needed! The parishioners who garden have started for the season and welcome you to join them in caring for the grounds and gardens at 492 Ocean Avenue. They’ve created so much beauty over the past few years, especially in front of St. Pius X with the rock wall as backdrop. They are a small, yet mighty group who garden on Thursday mornings from 7:30 to 9:30 and will work every Thursday until fall. So, grab your garden gloves and show up on a Thursday morning or two or twelve! They’ll show you the ropes. The work involves weeding, cleaning, mulching and planting.
